Just spent $626 on two round-trip tickets to San Juan, PR for November 16th-25th! Unfortunately they had to be 'round-trip'... Only four months left until I step foot on Culebra for the first time. I keep coming back to this forum and reading all of the posts because it gets me excited to know I'll be there soon :) I haven't made reservations for a place to stay yet, but I've called up the people to make informal plans for car rentals (vw thing!) and bahia marina resort. Everything looks good!
