hola,after way too many years absence i am finally headed back to culebra this june/july.however i do have some questions: 1)hotel kokomo has some pretty bad reviews out there,but it's still the cheapest bed in town.i recently read that they've done alot of work.anyone stayed there lately? 2)i know a lot of areas on the island(s) are no take/fishing zones.can anyone point me in the direction (link,website,etc.) of a current and accurrate map showing exactly where these zones are ?the only map i can find(not very official looking) shows flamenco and carlos rosario ok to fish.i dont want to break the law,but if i can fish right outside my door/tent it may play a role in where i decide to stay.3)i know there is ice available "in town",but is there ice for sale at the campground? any help on these items would be much appreciated.gracias.
