My friend and I are planning in going to Culebra on March 22th, we are planning to stay 3 night there. We want to know if u can recomend a cheap palce to stay there, and if u know how we can get to Culbera for Old San Juan and back.

You have 2 options to get to Culebra from OSJ. Catch a publico from OSJ to Isla Grande Airport (near OSJ) and catch a 20 minute flight over. Or you could get a publico to take you to the ferry docks at Fajardo and take the ferry over. It might be a wash. The publico to the ferry will be in the $60-$80 range and the ferry $2.50 one way. You might want to check out Hotel Kokomo, which is just across from the ferry dock and is affordable. You will also be able to catch a publico from here to take you to Flamenco Beach.
