21 Oct. 2008. 4:20pm. My family and I will be coming to Culebra for the first time on Thu., Dec. 18. I am familiar with the Vieques ferries but not the Culebra ferries. Because of bad flight selection that day, we’ll be arriving at Fajardo hours before the 7pm ferry and, with two small children, hanging around for three hours won’t be much fun. How likely are we (four people) to be able to get passenger slots on the 4:30pm cargo ferry? There is still a 4:30pm cargo ferry, right? It will be just us; we won’t have a car. Thanks, Doug M.
