Looking to visit Culebra for the 1st time end of Oct/Nov. Has anyone stayed at the Hilltop Guest House recently? We will rent a car and plan to explore the island and all it has to offer. I have too much time to plan this so I'm sure there will be more questions. Thanks for your input!
