Saturday - day before Easter

Hi --

We are arriving Saturday, scheduled on the 4:30PM Air Flamenco flight. Just wondering, since it is the day before Easter, if
1) Milkas and El Eden will be open in the late afternoon/evening?
2) restaurants will be open for dinner?
3) there will be drumming? (at Mamacita's -- am I correct?)
