Hi there,
My wife and I are going to spend three days on Culebra this March. We are really looking forward to having great time at Puerto Rico!
We are wondering where can we do fishing and lobtsering from the shore.
From what I researched on the net, it seems that several areas are designated as "natural reserves," and we cannot go fishing there. So far, we do not plan to rent a boat/kayak, and we would like to know where can we go fishing and lobstering within reasonable distance from the shore.
Also, if anybody knows regulations about lobstering, please let me know. I once did it in Florida Keys, and it was a lot of fun. It is required to buy a license over there.
Any advice or comment would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Masato
