Arriving to Culebra soon enough! Stretching the current travel 'visuals' with some creative thought about possibility of locating an apt/condo/cottage etc. to share (kitchen-I love cooking local dishes (at least attempt them!!)- (perhaps 10-14days) keeping 'overhead' (accomodation cost) very low yet putting a much higher 'eco' value in the outdoors-nicer ambience for like-minded 'solo' travelers.
Yes, I'm well aware of camping at the beach (may have to!!) but first putting out the 'feelers' for a shared housing situation (with easy access).
Daily plans are simple (hopefully profound): spent snorkeling amazing coves all day, swimming longer distances, sketching, writing, occasionally dreaming about the 'farthest yet nearest'- Benicio del Torro!!
Really, I'm searching for some shared 'travelship'-with like-minded artists who also happen to be mermaids or mermen?!
Prefer to be with 'locals'?!-me too!- learn so much more about the island!
My low cost shared/housing request (safe, clean & simple OK) might stretch into an invitation of my 'apt as a swap' up here in the beautiful Berkshire mountains late spring, summer & fall- a high cultural events area: theater, music & dance. Why not? Be creative! It's good to find humor in all things, but better to have it profoundly effect others into action!!
